The goal of this assignment is to create your own 5 day, 4 week workout plan. Keep in mind that you must use the F.I.T.T. principles we discussed in class (Frequency, Intensity, Time, Type). Make sure you use some variety in your workout plans, not just weight lifting but cardio too, and include a warm-up and cool down as well. After this part of the assignment is done you must turn it in and after I look at them you will put your own workout plan into action so make sure it is something that you would want to do. Use some creativity and have some fun with your workout plan.
