Firing Schedules: Dates for firing your work in the gas kiln will be listed on the board a few days before the scheduled loading of that particular kiln.  Generally, the board will contain a message "Glaze or Die," this is not to be taken literally but it means it's time to glaze all the greenware you have on the bisqueware shelves.  You will be taught the various glazing techniques within the first few weeks of the semester.  Try to stay current with your glazing.     The final scheduled days for working with wet clay, leatherhard clay, last bisque, and last glaze fire will be listed in the course calendar.
