Artd200 Course Calendar:    Below is a working calendar for the course this semester.  Please use it to plan ahead. I will try to follow it faithfully, however, we may sometimes skip ahead and at other times fall behind. Because we have 17 chapters and fifteen weeks the course will seem rushed.  It will especially seem rushed if you do not read the text.  The questions on the exams come directly out of the text materials. Pay particular attention to the maps, diagrams and by all means know the ideas presented in the "Starter Kit" (pg.18-23).  Students are expected to stay ahead in regards to the readings.  The slides on the slide lists are the only ones you will be required to know, however, knowledge of the periods under discussion from the text is required.
