Diana’s Frozen Banana
Salad
This dessert has always been one of our favorites. We got the recipe
from a friend while we were in graduate school in Baltimore.
1 pint sour cream
1/3 cup coconut
3 T. chopped maraschino cherries
3/4 cup drained, crushed pineapple
3/4 cup sugar
2 T lemon juice
1 banana, chopped
Mix together and freeze in a 9” square
pan.
Can be served as a dessert or as a first
course.
