Hummus

Get a can of chick peas/ garbanzos. Drain & rinse, so it won't be gassy & salty.
In the blender, put a couple tablespoons of sesame seeds, a couple tablespoons of olive oil, juice of half a lemon one or two cloves of raw garlic, peeled & chunked up.
Run the blender until the garlic is cut fine 7 the sesame seeds are ground.
Add the garbanzos and process until the hummus is the texture you like.
You can add a little more lemon juice or oil to taste. You can stir in salt and pepper as you like. You may need to add a little more liquid to get the hummus to grind up evenly.
No doubt it is easier in a food processor.
When you serve it, mound it in a bowl, drizzle olive oil and sprinkle sesame seeds on it.
If you are out of chickpeas, you can make nearly the same thing with white beans like cannelini or great northern beans, or even pinto beans. You can add some parsley to get chopped up toward the end. You can fold in a diced ripe tomato. You can fold in chopped ripe olives.
